Our very first barrel-aged limited release gin has rested in oak for 3 months.  A superb, aromatic gin that offers a welcome gin alternative in a whisky cocktail.  With a touch of sweetness on the palate, that familiar warmth from the oak and a lovely balance of spice from the botanicals, this is an exquisite gin that won't be available for long.
