Local Harcourt Valley Riesling is made in an off dry style displaying lifted floral aromas, followed by a slightly sweet palate (but not sickly sweet) with hints of citrus (lime) and plenty of acidity to dry out the finish

This is a great wine to enjoy with spicy Asian dishes, cheese platters or on its own on a warm sunny day
