The perfect red for summer; looks great chilled, fruitful and bright, with gentle enough tannin to inspire a thirst-quenching guzzle. The subtle palate displays berry and cherryish fruit characteristics.

Carbonic macerated shiraz here. Hi. Lots of perfume, sweetish, sourish, some wet herbs and sweet basil notes in there. Bright and flavoursome wine, slick texture, bubblegummy flavours, rotund and bold. Does the job of fun, a party wine of some good grace
